The Queens County Bar Association (QCBA) is very concerned with the privacy of our members and take all possible precautions to safeguard any personal information we may collect.

Collection, use and disclosure of personal information

The Queens County Bar Association (QCBA) does not share, sell or rent any personal information with any outside company or vendor unless required to do so by applicable law or court order.  Personal information, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, email address and website is published in our annual membership directory, a printed copy of which is provided to annual sponsors and partners.  Otherwise, all such personal information, which may also include your age, gender, marital status or other identifying information, is held in strict confidence.  QCBA may provide a list of attendees at any program to the program/event sponsor but the list will include your name only and no direct contact information.  QCBA may, from time-to-time, deploy advertisements or messages on behalf of a sponsor or corporate partner.  Any communications you may receive directly from a sponsor or corporate partner did not originate based on contact information QCBA provided to the sponsor/corporate partner.

Giving consent for others

If you register any guests for any Queens County Bar Association (QCBA) program or event, we will not share, sell or rent any personal information with any outside company or vendor unless required to do so by applicable law or court order.  QCBA may provide a list of attendees at any program to the program/event sponsor but the list will include your guest's name only and no direct contact information.  QCBA may, from time-to-time, deploy advertisements or messages on behalf of a sponsor or corporate partner.  Any communications you may receive directly from a sponsor or corporate partner did not originate based on contact information QCBA provided to the sponsor/corporate partner.

Third-parties applications

QCBA does not and will not share your personal information with any third-party applications.
